Hot Lake Springs Resort – Soaking Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Hot Lake Springs Resort, we strive to provide a serene and exceptional soaking experience for all our guests. To ensure the highest level of service and availability, we kindly request that any changes or cancellations be made with sufficient notice.
- Cancellations Within 12 Hours of the Scheduled Appointment:
Guests who cancel within twelve (12) hours of their scheduled appointment will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the total service cost. - No-Show Appointments:
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged one hundred percent (100%) of the total service cost.
To avoid cancellation fees, we encourage guests to modify or cancel appointments at least twelve (12) hours in advance. By booking a soaking appointment, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
