Why do I have to enter a credit card number when booking? I've never had to before.

We now require a credit card number to secure your reservation due to our cancellation policy. Your card will only be charged in
accordance with this policy.

I'm using a gift card; I don't want to give my credit card number.

Even with a gift card, a valid credit card number is necessary to secure your reservation. The card will only be charged in accordance with this policy.

I have a soaking pass that was gifted, and I don't have any money. How do I book without giving a credit card number?

Unfortunately, a valid credit card is required to secure all reservations, even when redeeming gifted passes. This ensures our cancellation policy can be upheld.

Will my credit card be charged when I book or when I arrive?

Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking; it will only be charged if you do not adhere to the cancellation
policy or upon arrival for the service.

Will I be charged if a friend cancels or doesn't show up for our reservation?

Yes, if someone in your group does not show up, the full charge for their service will apply. If you’re concerned about this, we recommend each guest book separately
